Brian and Emily talked about the history of the campaign and how BBQ has evolved since 1997, when National BBQ Week was launched to Gastro-grilling today! Including some very useful tips on how to be a Better BBQ’er. Brian also talked about all sponsors and how they all helped make BBQ’s and alfresco eating so much better!
